Stella Kimbrough, LCSW

Hi! My name is Stella Kimbrough and I help adults and teens struggling with intense emotions to fully step into their life’s purpose. Through honest and collaborative guidance, I will help you recognize how your past has affected your identity and ability to pursue the path to your greatest self. I began my career working with adults and teens struggling with eating disorders, addictions, trauma, and ADHD in both private practice and community mental health settings. From there, I opened my own private practice called Calm Pathway to better serve those struggling from the effects of trauma. I am EMDR certified and have extensive training in DBT and CBT. My goal is to help you discover who you are, how you have been impacted by the events of your life, and how to use this knowledge to turn your wounds into strengths. I believe in openness, honesty, trust, and collaboration as guiding forces crucial to the therapy process. I also like to infuse humor and levity wherever possible. Together we will figure it out.
